We are real estate investor from out of state and we are very particular to who we hire. In this business, you can not cut short on the people you hire especially the RE agent. JOHN IS YOUR GUY! He is the perfect definition of Agent. He represents his client, with the best interest for his client. He tells you if it's a good investment/purchase. For example, Most agents will of course go for a highest purchase price for a better commission. John is different. Regardless of the price, he makes sure your purchase best suites your need/intent of the purchase. Now, THATS what we call real Agent.

John did a great job communicating with three people (two sisters and myself) about the sale of our parents home. We cannot say enough good things about John. From the very start seven months ago when we told him (in confidence) about our plans to relocate from our home of 24 years, leave the area, and we'd like for him to handle the sale of our home, everything has gone as planned, or in most cases, better than planned. When the day came to list the home, we had a full-price offer on the home from our first visit that met all of the requirements that we had in place (as is, closing timeframe, etc.), essentially everything we all had prayed for. From that point, John handled everything with regard to the details of the closing. Approximately 4 weeks before we closed, we had to vacate the house to move across the state, and John handled everything with our electricians, handyman, and anything else that came up (and believe me, things did).
