In this business, you can not cut short on the people you hire especially the RE agent. JOHN IS YOUR GUY! He is the perfect definition of Agent.   We cannot say enough good things about John. From the very start seven months ago when we told him (in confidence) about our plans to relocate from our home of 24 years, leave the area, and we'd like for him to handle the sale of our home, everything has gone as planned, or in most cases, better than planned. When the day came to list the home, we had a full-price offer on the home from our first visit that met all of the requirements that we had in place (as is, closing timeframe, etc.), essentially everything we all had prayed for. From that point, John handled everything with regard to the details of the closing. Approximately 4 weeks before we closed, we had to vacate the house to move across the state, and John handled everything with our electricians, handyman, and anything else that came up (and believe me, things did). If you are in need of buying or selling in the Emerald Coast, you need look no further than to John Lavin.

  John needs to be everyone’s go to agent in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach/Niceville area! He went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home while we were over seas. He knows the area very well, is very honest about what he thinks of the houses we saw of what we can expect with the various houses. Because we were remote he sent us lots of videos of all the details of the houses. Once we picked our house he helped us get everything set up and continues to monitor the house until we can move in. Absolutely going to be working with John if sell our house or look to buy another!
