From the very start seven months ago when we told him (in confidence) about our plans to relocate from our home of 24 years, leave the area, and we'd like for him to handle the sale of our home, everything has gone as planned, or in most cases, better than planned. When the day came to list the home, we had a full-price offer on the home from our first visit that met all of the requirements that we had in place (as is, closing timeframe, etc.), essentially everything we all had prayed for. From that point, John handled everything with regard to the details of the closing. Approximately 4 weeks before we closed, we had to vacate the house to move across the state, and John handled everything with our electricians, handyman, and anything else that came up (and believe me, things did).
