Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by him and expenses were kept to a minimum. We were able to keep our original deadline to close the sale because John made everything happen. We are real estate investor from out of state and we are very particular to who we hire. In this business, you can not cut short on the people you hire especially the RE agent. JOHN IS YOUR GUY! He is the perfect definition of Agent. He represents his client, with the best interest for his client. He tells you if it's a good investment/purchase. For example, Most agents will of course go for a highest purchase price for a better commission. John is different. Regardless of the price, he makes sure your purchase best suites your need/intent of the purchase. Now, THATS what we call real Agent.
